characterisation
In the nose, a lanolin cast from the cask mingles with pit fruit and root vegetable notes. Impressively concentrated, creamy and rich on the palate, it finishes with subtle bitter-sweet notes of the aforementioned fruits and vegetables, but with a touch of heat and an as yet not entirely integrated note of oak.
