On the 24th and 28th November 2008 Grüner Veltliner Wachtberg was harvested. After they were destemmed and pressed carefully, the must was fermented under controlled temperature in stainless steel.

This Grüner Veltliner is an ideal partner for traditional Austrian meals, but it can also be served with Asian Food. Drink it like a great Burgundy-wine from big glasses. We suggest to offering the wine in a decanter (3 - 5 hours!).
