The grapes of Grüner Veltliner were harvested at the end of october 2009. They were strictly selected.
After they were destemmed and pressed carefully, the must was fermented under controlled temperature in a stainless steel tank.

Impulsive; aromas reminds on green banana and citrus; a breath of typically “Veltliner-Pfefferl” full-bodied Veltliner with long finish. Very delicate and authentic.
