The Riesling was harvested on the 2nd and 9th of November 2009. The skin contact has been 12 hours. The wine was fermented and completed in a stainless steel tank and was 3,5 month on the fine lees.

You can drink this wine within the first three years, but it has also for sure a potential for ageing (20 years).
