​Sipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on two factors. First, the number of bottles. For orders up to and including 11 x 0.75L or 5 x 1.50L bottles, we charge €6.00 ​​shipping within Austria and €12.00 shipping to our international shipping destinations: Germany, Czech Republic, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Hungary.

Shipping is free for orders over €90.00.

Legal Basis

Commercial transactions are applicable under Austrian law.

All offers are valid as long as the offered goods are available; they also are subject to change.

Claims, Exchanges

The goods must be checked immediately upon receipt; bottle breakage must be confirmed by the carrier. Return without stated reason must be within 8 days. The return transport must be paid by the purchaser. In addition, an exchange without stated reason can be made during regular opening hours of the winery.

Faulty Cork

Impairments due to a faulty cork are not the responsibility of the winemaker/winery. An exchange of a faulty bottle is possible under the following conditions: The defective bottle must be closed with the faulty cork, and it must be returned to the Weingut Stadt Krems winery in Krems.

Retention of Ownership

All goods remain our property until full payment is made.

​

 

Protection of Data

Customer data are used exclusively within the winery and of course are not passed on to third parties.
