Our online shop is only active in Austria, Germany, the Czech Republic, Poland, Hungary, Slovenia, and Slovakia.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs depend on two factors. First, the number of bottles. For orders up to and including 11 x 0.75L or 5 x 1.50L bottles, we charge €6.00 ​​shipping within Austria and €12.00 shipping to our international shipping destinations: Germany, Czech Republic, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Hungary.
Shipping is free for orders over €90.00.
Are there quantity discounts?
There is a 5% discount on orders over €200.00 and a 10% discount on orders over €300.00.
Which countries and regions do you deliver to?
We deliver to Austria, Germany, the Czech Republic, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Hungary. If your desired destination country is not one of these, please contact us at office@weingutstiftgoettweig.at
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed the following day and picked up by the parcel service. It then usually takes 2 to 4 business days (depending on the delivery address) for the package to arrive. However, depending on the season (for example, at Christmas), there may be delays which are beyond our control.
Can I pick up the wine directly?
If you live in or around Krems, you can pick up your wine as early as the second business day after placing your order. You can select the "Pick up in person" option at checkout.
How can I pay?
You can pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express), debit card (Maestro), instant bank transfer (Klarna, eps), Google Pay, and Apple Pay.

What quantities are shipped?
We ship in cartons of 1, 3, 6, and 12 bottles.

For orders of 60 bottles or more, we ship on a half pallet.
Can I change the delivery address and delivery time?
Please provide your telephone number when placing your order. This allows us to register it with the shipping provider (Austrian Post), and you can then coordinate everything yourself using the tracking number and your Austrian Post account.
Which shipping provider do you use?
We ship all orders to our main destination countries via Austrian Post.
Can I track my order?
Yes, we provide the tracking number for your order, which you can view in your order confirmation. Simply enter this tracking number on the Austrian Post website to track your shipment.
